FEDERAL Management and Maintenance, Inc. is presently supplying hundreds of maintenance personnel to its world class clients. The company, with its nationwide service in the maintenance service industry has carved a name in the maintenance market and has earned for itself the distinction of being one of the leading and most respected agencies in the country today.

The Organization and Management

The overall direction and control of FEDERAL Management and Maintenance Inc. emanates from top management, the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) and its President and General Manager, who also regulates the business conduct of the Organization according to just and equitable principles of management.

The management of FMMI is headed by its President and General Manager and ably supported by its three major departments. The Administrative Department, Operations Department and the Finance Department. Their main function is to execute the policies and guidelines of the company, the By-laws and relevant laws and management of the company in accordance to its Vision, Mission, Values and Quality.

FEDERAL MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE, INC. is a service Management and Maintenance organization originally incorporated in 1969 under the name EMPIRE SERVICES CORPORATION. In 1998 a new corporate name , Federal Management & Maintenance, Inc., was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). FMMI is engaged in the provision of maintenance and janitorial services with placements in leading companies and projects in Metro Manila and other place of the country.

It all started when the founder, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management, worked with various prestigious business establishments where he polished and honed his expertise in business management. After a number of years, he started to establish his roots as a young businessman in the field of maintenance services.

In 1969, incorporated EMPIRE SERVICES CORPORATION and played a key role as one of the Directors and subsequently became the President and General Manager of the company. With the knowledge and huge experience derived from his working stints with various prestigious establishments, he decided it was time to go on his own and get his own place in the maintenance services industry.

The early years were full of difficulties, trials and setbacks, but not one to be discouraged by the pitfalls of competitiveness, he continued to pursue his ambitions, allowing no obstacles, however big they were, to deter his quest for a place in the sun. Today, FEDERAL Management and Maintenance, Inc., is considered as one of the pinnacles of the Philippine maintenance industry. From its initial authorized capital stock, the company has grown significantly in terms of authorized and paid-up capital.

Our Policy

FMMI adheres to its policy of providing quality services in order to meet, and even exceed, the requirements of its domestic principals and clients, by consistently providing qualified, competent, properly documented and physically fit personnel. In support of its policy statement, FMMI shall strive for continuous improvement through the collective efforts of all its personnel by providing services not only to its principals including its personnel and their dependents by delivering actions, commitments and services geared towards quality.

In line with its quality policy, the company’s scope of services covers not only the range of services and responsibilities that are required in the performance of its obligations as a leader in the industry, but has been expanded to cover the facilitation of the upgrading of skills of their personnel/workers in compliance with international maintenance standards.

The company, through its officers and training staff, conducts its own Orientation Seminar, which is compulsory for all personnel/workers prior to their deployment. The seminar provides the personnel/workers sufficient knowledge regarding the type of work, the terms and conditions of their employment with the company and most especially, rules and regulations of the company as well as its clients.

In short, the personnel/workers are able to learn how to cope with job site problems. In its continued quest for service excellence, FMMI has a full complement of dependable and hardworking officers and staff in the organization.
